Online Personal Training - Limited Places!
The Australian Sports Science Centre is now offering an online program. No matter whether your goal is weight loss, or increased sports performance, you don't have to live in Sydney to have a detailed long-term training program and meal plan invidually designed to suit your own lifestyle and goals.
Here's how it works:
1. Click the Subcribe button to join.
2. You will receive an email from Ray asking you a few questions on your exercise and medical history, and the details of a fitness test you are to perform (this is required to ensure your program is accurate for your level of fitness)
3. Once you've done the test, email the answers to the questions and your test result to Ray.
4. Within days you'll receive your first weeks training sessions, and your intial meal plan (based on the foods you enjoy eating).
5. Each week you will receive an updated program to ensure you're progressing forward. You'll also have email support with Ray to help you along with any related issues along the way.
