When it comes to training athletes, it takes more than just knowledge of the sport. You need to be able to set goals then develop a program that allows the athlete to achieve those goals. Ray will work in with your coach to provide a sports training program that will have everything covered: Strength/Power, Aerobic conditioning, Anaerobic conditioning, Skill development, Agility, Core stability, and more. All this within a balanced long-term periodised plan.
