Workout Of The Day
 

Hill Shuttles

I like doing shuttle runs (also known as suicides) because you can get a great workout in a small space. But you can also increase the intensity of the workout by putting the shuttles on a hill:

Place one witches hat at the base of a hill, a 2nd one 1/3 the way up, the 3rd one 2/3 the way up, and the 4th at the top.
Starting at the 1st hat, jog to the 2nd hat then back to the start and do 15 squats.
Jog to the 3rd hat, then back to the start and do 10 squats.
Jog to the 4th hat (top of the hill), then back to the start, and do 5 squats.

Repeat the same format but with Push Ups, and Sit Ups.
